We are looking for an Application Analyst I – Planning Analytics (m/f), based in our Services and Solutions Center in Zagreb (Croatia) to join our Digital Enablement and Applied Intelligence and support enterprise planning and reporting solutions based on IBM Planning Analytics. This role is a great opportunity for an early-career professional with a strong technical foundation, analytical mindset, and motivation to learn.

You will gain hands-on experience with business-critical systems while being supported by senior colleagues and contributing to meaningful planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IBM Planning Analytics applications and related planning and reporting processes.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of Planning Analytics Local environments, helping ensure platform stability, availability, and usability.
• Support Planning Analytics Workspace and Planning Analytics for Excel, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and user support.
• Help monitor, prioritize, triage, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues.
• Assist with software upgrades, patching, deployments, environment refreshes, release validation, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with senior Planning Analytics administrators and developers to learn platform administration, troubleshooting, and development best practices.
• Support documentation, knowledge articles, operational procedures, and user guidance materials.
• Work with infrastructure, database, application, and integration teams to support platform reliability and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a similar technical field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, reporting tools, application support, or enterprise systems.
• Interest in learning IBM Planning Analytics, TM1, Planning Analytics Workspace, and Planning Analytics for Excel.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset when supporting business users.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across technical and business teams.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, document solutions, and continuously improve support processes.

Preferred, but not mandatory:

• Experience with IBM Planning Analytics, TM1, Planning Analytics Workspace, or Planning Analytics for Excel.
• Exposure to TurboIntegrator processes, dimensions, cubes, TM1 rules, or security administration.
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, Python, PowerShell, automation scripting, ServiceNow, or Jira.
• Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, or business analytics processes.
