Opis posla

As a B2B Sales & Partnerships Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and increasing sales of group experiences.

Your primary focus will be on schools, companies and organizations, positioning Wandia as an exciting destination for school trips, team-building activities, group visits and private events. You will also develop partnerships across the tourism sector and with other business partners.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage the entire sales process – from initial outreach and presenting proposals to successfully closing deals.

What Will You Do?

• Proactively identify and approach new B2B clients, primarily schools and companies.
• Drive sales of school trips, team-building activities, group visits and private events.
• Develop partnerships with hotels, hostels, travel agencies, tour guides and excursion organizers.
• Sell corporate gift vouchers, particularly ahead of the holiday season and year-end.
• Arrange and lead sales meetings, present Wandia experiences, and represent Wandia at trade fairs, business events, professional networks, associations and chambers of commerce.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Build long-term client relationships and develop joint offers with restaurants, cafés, hotels and other partners in the city center.
• Develop special offers for off-peak times, particularly weekday mornings, and continually identify new sales channels and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a clear record of contacts and sales opportunities, track results by sales channel, monitor market trends and competitors, and report regularly on performance.
• Document sales processes, proposal templates and best practices to help establish a scalable sales model for future Wandia locations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop our offering, achieve targets and actively contribute to Wandia’s overall sales growth.
