CULTURE AND DEVELOPMENT EXPERT(m/f/d)

You will:

• Deliver Group development and culture programs as well as local culture initiatives.
• Design and implement development, culture, and training initiatives, including action plans, learning programs, facilitation formats, and supporting materials.
• Administer, optimise and expand Group HR tools, including the Learning Management System (LMS), to ensure adoption, accessibility and effectiveness of development initiatives.
• Support the implementation and integration of all HR processes (performance, talent, etc.) through upskilling opportunities.
• Identify gaps and weaknesses in the employee experience across the employee journey and launch initiatives to improve experience, engagement and motivation.
• Conduct regular training needs analyses to identify organisational development requirements.
• Design and maintain feedback and evaluation mechanisms to measure the impact of development initiatives.
• Promote career development by partnering with managers to identify upskilling opportunities and prepare the workforce for future trends.
• Budget for and measure the ROI of development and culture programmes.
• Apply best practices in development and employee experience, staying up to date with trends and implementing improvements across the organisation.
• Work with Brand & Communication in delivering internal branding and culture programs and initiatives.

You have:

• Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as HR generalist or in L&D / Culture Specialist or Expert role
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of business English language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentations skills
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office
• Passionate about helping people learn and grow
