TP Croatia is expanding it’s customer support team for a cosmetics and beauty client!

At TP you would be joining a global team of almost 500 thousand customer support experts working with well known brands from a variety of industries, solving cutomer inquiries in more than 400 languages and dialects.

For this specific position in Croatia we’re looking for multilingual individuals who like to communicate and solve inquiries related to cosmetics and beauty products.

Required Languages: Bulgarian (with English and Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00h – 17:00h
Work Location: TP Site at Trg Drage Iblera, Zagreb

Contract start: 12.10.2026

What languages are needed to join?

We are looking for candidates speaking the following languages at the same proficiency level:

• Bulgarian – combined with,
• Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian – including,
• English, at least B2 (spoken, written, and reading).

What skills are needed to join?

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and a preference for teamwork.
• Good computer usage skills for simultanous operating on different digital tools and documenting customer interactions.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in the Cosmetics or Luxury sector.
• Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
• Previous experience in Customer Service.

• Resolve customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and actions in the system.
