We’re looking for a Data Warehouse & BI Expert to help drive smarter decisions across the KANSAI HELIOS Group. If you enjoy working with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SAP technologies, and AI, and want to make a real business impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Description of duties and responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance the data warehouse model
- Strong knowledge of reporting system tools, including:
- SAP BW
- Design, develop, and enhance the data warehouse model
- Develop and customize ETL procedures for loading data into the data warehouse.
- Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Monitor data loading procedures and ensure data consistency and integrity within the data warehouse.
- Diagnose and resolve performance-related issues.
- Manage user authorization and access rights.
- Analyse business user requirements and prepare specifications for BI applications.
- Develop semantic layers, metadata, and reports
- Prepare advanced reports and analyses from the data warehouse
- Train end users in the use of data warehouse reports
- SAP BW
- Knowledge of advanced data platforms:
- Microsoft Fabric
- Power BI
- AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
- Coordinate external vendors and business partners
- Participate in the planning and implementation of DW/BI projects
- Maintain required records, statistics, archives, and operational documentation
We expect:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Level VII or higher) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Accuracy, reliability, innovation, and the ability to drive change
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset
