Graphic Designer (AI & Luxury Branding) (m/ž)

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Eagle Hills team, focusing on visual content for a portfolio of global luxury hotels.

The design world is changing, and we want to be ahead of it. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating high-end assets while using AI tools to streamline your workflow and push creative boundaries. We aren’t looking for someone to just “click a button”—we need a designer with a sharp eye who can create on their own and also direct AI to produce results that meet 5-star standards.

What You’ll Do?

• Create & Curate: Design digital and print assets (social media, ads, brochures, OOH and signage) for premium hotel brands.
• Master AI Tools: Use platforms like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or DALL-E to generate concepts, textures, and imagery that would otherwise take days to build from scratch.
• Supervise Outputs: AI isn’t perfect. You will be responsible for “cleaning up” AI generations—fixing artifacts, adjusting lighting, and ensuring everything stays “on brand.”
• Maintain Quality: Ensure all visuals feel sophisticated, elegant, and consistent across different global locations.
• Iterate Quickly: Use AI to rapidly prototype ideas during the brainstorming phase to show stakeholders various creative directions.

What We’re Looking For?

• The “Luxury” Eye: You understand that in the luxury world, the details matter and less is more. You know how to use white space, refined typography, and subtle color palettes.
• Technical Proficiency: You’re an expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. These remain your core tools for final polishing.
• AI Enthusiast: You’ve already started experimenting with AI in your workflow. You know how to write effective prompts and, more importantly, how to edit the results into something professional.
• Practical Mindset:You’re organized and can manage multiple projects at once without losing focus on quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• A portfolio that shows a mix of traditional design and AI-assisted work.
• Experience in—or a strong interest in—the hospitality or travel industry.
• The ability to take a “raw” AI image and turn it into a polished, brand-ready asset.
