WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT YOU:

• you hold a university degree in economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science or a related field
• you have at least 10 years of work experience in a relevant field, including at least 5 years in CRM or customer and data analytics
• you have worked with CRM platforms and developed solutions that offer clients personalised experiences
• you use advanced analytical methods, and experience in building AI-powered predictive models will be a strong advantage
• you have led a team and know how to motivate and develop it
• you collaborate successfully with different teams, from sales and marketing to digital business and IT
• you have an excellent command of English
• you think strategically, are results-oriented and enjoy solving complex challenges
• you follow developments in CRM, analytics and artificial intelligence and apply them in practice

• measure campaign performance and track how CRM affects client engagement and business results
