dSPACE Croatia was founded in 2018 and is part of our global R&D department. Our engineers who are based in Zagreb, Osijek, and remote locations in Croatia work on innovative development projects and collaborate closely with teams in Germany. With over 200 employees and growing, our Croatian team plays a key role in shaping cutting-edge technologies.

To support our international sales operations, we are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Administrator (m/f) to join our team on a full-time basis.

Place of work: Zagreb / Osijek office (possibility to work 2 days from home)

International Sales Administrator (m/f)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and independently manage quotations, including follow-up
• Review incoming orders and support order processing preparation
• Manage and track opportunities in our CRM system
• Maintain customer data in ERP
• Handle commercial correspondence with clients in English
• Support sales projects and ensure smooth team operations
• Organize, structure, and provide sales- and project-related data
• Support the sales team with general administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly with ERP and CRM systems desirable
• English language proficiency is required
• German language skills are desirable, but not mandatory
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Interest in technical products and processes
• Excellent organizational skills with strong numerical aptitude
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a proactive mindset
