Are you an Infrastructure Engineer, System Engineer, or Cloud Engineer looking for the next step in your career?

As an Infrastructure & Security Engineer at Royal IHC, you’ll help build and further secure our global IT environment and supporting colleagues and projects around the world. Working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, automation and modern security technologies, you’ll play a key role in shaping a secure and future-ready digital workplace.

You don’t need to be a security expert already. We’re looking for a strong technical professional with curiosity, ambition, and a passion for learning. We’ll support your growth through hands-on experience, certifications, and close collaboration with experienced security and infrastructure specialists.

You will work closely with technical infrastructure and security colleagues, understand requirements, maintain, implement security improvements and new technologies in the area of cyber security and infrastructure.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain and improve modern infrastructure and cloud solutions with a focus on security
• Help further secure our Microsoft-based platforms and services
• Automate and optimize IT processes and environments where possible
• Collaborate with different teams and suppliers on infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
• Contribute to a resilient, secure, and future-proof IT landscape
• Working according to ITIL and Kanban methodologies

For the position of Infrastructure & security engineer, we are looking for someone who has: 

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• An background in IT and technical security with an interest to further develop in cybersecurity
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
• An analytical mindset and interest in understanding infrastructure and cyber technologies
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with others
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel in the EU occasionally when required
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a drive to continuously improve
