Junior Customer Strategy & Planning Manager (m/f)

You will own the performance for the assigned categories and brands. You will be responsible for localizing activity plans ensuring perfect execution in the market through Integrated Business Planning, identifying issues and opportunities, category and channel strategy, portfolio and innovation management, as well as ATL & BTL communication. The role is encompassing Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina and is based in Zagreb.

Main responsibilities:

• Integrated business planning including category, brand & channel strategy
• Developing local execution plans and selling stories for new launches
• Ensuring smooth and high-quality implementation of category projects
• Managing the yearly trade marketing & financial plans
• Analysing and tracking category and customer performance and proposing actionable insights
• Build and execute media strategy connecting digital, social, influencer and PR activities
• Managing and monitoring in-store execution: creation of point-of-sale materials with external agencies ensuring on time and high-quality implementation of projects
• Portfolio management
• Marketing Budget management

Requirements and skills:

• Minimally 1 year experience on similar positions in brand management, trade/customer marketing or sales
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Analytical skills & data usage
• Passion for winning and high sense of ownership
• Fluency in English
