About the role:

ExCEEd Orphan is looking for a Marketing Manager CEE to lead regional marketing activities across Central and Eastern Europe, with a focus on rare diseases and specialty therapies.

You will translate regional commercial priorities into marketing plans that meet local market needs. Working closely with Country Managers, Medical Affairs and Market Access, you will help teams communicate clearly, execute campaigns effectively and support the responsible introduction of therapies across the region.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop regional brand and marketing plans in collaboration with the CCO and local teams
• Adapt campaigns and materials to local market needs, languages and requirements
• Support product launches, including market preparation, positioning and launch materials
• Coordinate congress participation, educational events and digital marketing activities
• Work with Medical Affairs and relevant review teams to ensure materials are accurate, appropriate and compliant
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform priorities and improve activities
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external suppliers
• Define campaign objectives, track results and share effective approaches across countries

What you bring:

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally in rare diseases, specialty care or a similarly complex therapeutic area
• Experience working across multiple markets, preferably within CEE
• A track record of developing and delivering brand plans and campaigns
• An understanding of pharmaceutical promotional requirements and the importance of medical review
• The ability to coordinate colleagues and partners across countries without direct line authority
• Strong project management skills and confidence managing budgets and competing priorities
• Fluent English, Additional CEE languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel across the region as required
• A relevant degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, marketing, business or a related discipline
