Sales Executive Croatia – Zadar Region (m/f) – Zadar Region
Role scope
The Sales Executive is responsible for the on-trade channel sales activities in the assigned area:
managing relationship with wholesalers and points of sales, implementation of sales and promotional plans, order taking, cash collection, performance and budget monitoring, monthly sales forecasts, scouting for new business opportunities. The Sales Executive reports to the Field Sales Supervisor.
Main activities
- Develop sales and brand visibility in the assigned area.
- Develop business relationships with assigned partners and customers.
- Cooperate with the wholesale sales panel in the assigned area.
- Explore and activate new points of sale.
- Regularly visit wholesalers and Ho.Re.Ca. customers.
- Monitor performance, achievement of objectives, and support sell-out.
- Monitor points of sale with a specific focus on distribution, visibility, and activations.
- Support the implementation of brand activations, POS materials, and extra visibility.
- Draft commercial contracts stipulated between Pernod Ricard Croatia, wholesalers, and points of sale, provide all needed documentation, and monitor their application.
- Map the activities of the main competitors, providing a complete analysis of the market.
- Estimate sales and plan demand.
- Management of orders and monitoring of receipts.
- Monitor customer distribution and stock levels.
- Provide all required reports timely.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Previous experience in FMCG companies is considered a plus.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build solid business relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Power BI, Power Point).
- Fluent Croatian and English.
- Clean B driving license.
