Your role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Brand Sales Representative to manage and grow our Frames business across Croatia and occasionally Slovenia. In this role, you will represent a portfolio of leading eyewear brands, including Ray-Ban, Oakley, Vogue, Dolce & Gabbana, while driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

KEY responsibilities:

• Regularly visit customers and present products from our frames portfolio.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within approved guidelines and successfully close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to drive loyalty, retention, and repeat business.
• Identify, research, and engage prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Gather and share customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor insights with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, proactively recommending actions to support business growth.
• Partner with customers to develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance product visibility and sales performance.
• Support and participate in promotional events, product launches, trade activities, and marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven field sales experience, ideally within the Retail, fashion or FMCG industry.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Native-level Croatian and fluency in English.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
