Due to continuous business growth and increasing market demands, in 2023 we opened the doors of a new, modern factory in Bistra and are looking for reinforcements in the Sales department!
Sales Support Specialist (m/f)
Location: Donja Bistra, Remote
Job responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of entered data, verifying product availability, delivery dates, pricing, shipping instructions, and credit approvals.
- Handle customer returns and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain daily communication with customers and business partners.
- Review and correct errors in accounting ledgers and ensure proper posting of orders.
- Systematically manage and update customer data.
- In cooperation with Credit control and sales Team, oversee the collection of accounts receivable.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments involved in the sales support process.
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues related to product quality or service.
What we expect:
- Higher education (preferably in economics) with possibly previous experience in similar roles even if not essential
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Familiarity with SAP would be a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- A responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- A collegial and collaborative attitude towards the team and superiors.
- A valid driver’s license (Category B).
