Role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (m/f), you will work on cutting-edge enterprise technologies and take real ownership of critical backend components, modern frontend interfaces, and AI systems. You won’t be stuck maintaining legacy code or processing routine tickets passed down from above; you will actively shape architectural decisions, design sleek visual components, solve complex technical challenges, and push end-to-end features across the finish line.

Given our fast-moving global projects, flexibility is essential — this applies to adapting to new technical stacks, shifting project priorities, flexible working schedules, and international travel.

This is a 100% remote-friendly role with global reach. Whether you work from home or anywhere else, you will have high flexibility (backed by a stable high-speed internet connection) alongside opportunities for international business travel (e.g., Germany, USA, and other global destinations) to align with partners and clients on major enterprise initiatives.

Location: Remote (Zagreb office available if preferred)

What you will own & do:

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain robust full-stack enterprise applications — bridging responsive frontends with scalable multi-tenant backend architectures
• Work with Cutting-Edge Tech: Architect and build solutions using modern enterprise technology stacks (React/TypeScript, Python/Node.js, Graph databases, event streaming, advanced AI models, LLM orchestration)
• Hands-on Execution & Ownership: Roll up your sleeves to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code from UI component implementation down to API and database performance tuning
• Adaptable Problem Solving: Demonstrate extreme flexibility when priorities pivot, technical constraints change, or client needs evolve in dynamic enterprise environments
• Event-Driven Pipelines & APIs: Architect REST/GraphQL APIs, high-throughput data streaming systems, and workflow automations

What You Bring to the Team:

• High Personal & Technical Flexibility: Adaptable mindset with the agility to pivot between frontend, backend, infrastructure, and changing project scopes smoothly
• Full-Stack Proficiency: Proven expertise across both backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript, )
• Hands-on & Autonomous Mindset: A proactive, "get-things-done" attitude with a strong sense of personal accountability for the software you ship end-to-end
• Solid Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack or backend software development experience in production enterprise environments (-strict requirement-)
• Infrastructure & Streaming: Solid experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and event brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka)
• AI & Automation: Exposure to modern AI concepts (Graph databases, RAG architectures, LLM pipelines) or workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n) is a strong plus
• Remote-Ready Setup & Travel Mobility: Full ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with a fast internet connection, paired with flexibility for international travel (e.g., Germany, USA) when key project milestones demand it
• Communication: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) for clear technical alignment within our international team and client alignment sessions
