To continue setting trends in our niche industry on the global market, we systematically invest in the growth, development, and quality of our business, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive individual who will play a key role in financial reporting and planning in the position of:
SENIOR CONTROLLING SPECIALIST (m/f/d)
WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
- implement Rheinmetalls controlling methodologies, procedures and standards
- participate in the monthly financial closing process
- participate in monthly consolidation and intercompany reconciliation
- prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and controlling reports
- prepare data and presentations for management
- participate in budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecasting
- prepare and monitor project profitability calculations
- propose and participate in improvements of financial processes, internal controls and reporting systems
- support and close collaborate with all company functions (especially Production, Sales, R&D, Procurement…)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- university degree in Economics
- min. 5 years of experience in controlling or FP&A (preferably in manufacturing companies)
- excellent knowledge of financial reporting, planning, and business analysis
- advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (experience in Power BI (visualization and analytics) is an advantage)
- active command of the English language
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- well-developed communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
