• Coordinate containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification for supplier and contractor quality issues, and prevent shipment release, acceptance, installation, or progression beyond defined Hold Points until required inspections, documentation, approvals, and acceptance criteria are satisfied.
• Support incoming verification, installation readiness, commissioning, site acceptance, handover, and closeout activities related to supplier and contractor scope.
• Maintain required inspection, issue, performance, and project quality records, provide project execution feedback to Supplier Quality, and support targeted supplier and contractor development activities where performance gaps or project risks are identified, particularly for new suppliers.
• Support lessons learned and continuous improvement activities related to supplier and contractor quality performance.
• Build effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, customers, and project stakeholders and comply with company health, safety, and environmental requirements.
