Duties & Responsibilities:

• Test samples preparation
• Test setup preparation
• Test equipment check (pre-test check and continuous monitoring of test progress and equipment)
• Test equipment maintenance according to maintenance list
• Product validation testing according to Test Requisition (Electrical, DataConn, Mechanical, Environmental, Dimensional)
• Test record preparation
• Test record check
• Test report preparation
• Test Requisition Management: track and manage test requests
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Representing the organization to internal customers
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationship with other and maintain them over time
• Identify and resolve testing-related issues
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements
• Support product validation processes
• Contribute ideas for validation improvements
• Adapt to changing project needs

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering University degree
• 2-4 years of work experience (experience in the field of electrical connection systems is an advantage)
• English language knowledge on professional level (German language knowledge is an advantage)
• Functional understanding of automotive wire harness connection systems
• Test equipment usage proficiency
• LabVIEW programing knowledge
• Team oriented, communication skills, self-motivated hands-on mentality
