About the Role

As Customer Experience Specialist for the Porsche brand, you will play a key role in transforming customer data into business opportunities and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects Porsche brand standards of excellence.

Working across sales, aftersales and marketing, you will drive CRM excellence, customer loyalty, lead management and customer experience initiatives that contribute directly to business performance.

Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, commercial awareness and the ability to independently transform customer insights into measurable business results.

We are looking for a professional who can identify opportunities before they become obvious, transform customer insights into action and help create the level of customer experience expected from one of the world’s most exclusive automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve CRM processes, customer data quality and business intelligence initiatives that support commercial decision-making.
• Identify and develop sales and aftersales opportunities within the existing customer base through customer analysis, segmentation and proactive lead management.
• Monitor customer behaviour, loyalty and retention trends, transforming customer insights into measurable business actions and results.
• Develop and coordinate customer loyalty, retention and customer recovery initiatives.
• Partner closely with sales, aftersales and marketing teams to maximise lead conversion, customer engagement and long-term customer value.
• Monitor customer satisfaction performance and drive initiatives that continuously enhance the Porsche customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, customer analytics, loyalty programmes or customer experience management, ideally gained within automotive, premium retail, financial services or telecommunications.
• Proven track record of independently managing CRM initiatives, customer analytics projects or customer loyalty programmes.
• Proven experience working with CRM systems in a structured, data-driven environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in KPI analysis, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer data into measurable business actions and results.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent command of English; German is considered an advantage.
