We are searching for a Data and Analytics Engineer (m/f), based in our Services and Solutions Center in Zagreb (Croatia).

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology.

You will work together with the Data & Analytics team and business users across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and other functions to understand business needs and contribute to practical data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions. You will help design, build, and evolve enterprise data warehouse, data integration and analytics solutions that serve as the foundation for reporting, planning, decision-making and AI use cases across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to understand business processes, requirements and analytical needs.
• Help translate business requirements into data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of enterprise data warehouse solutions, data models, and data integration processes.
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of BI and analytics solutions based on data warehouse structures, including Power BI semantic models, datasets, reports, dashboards and analytical data products.
• Work with data from ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems to integrate, transform, and prepare information for analytical use.
• Contribute to data quality, data governance, security and compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities where data, automation and AI can improve business processes and decision-making.
• Leverage modern AI tools to support requirement analysis, data exploration, documentation, development and identification of business improvement opportunities.
• Continuously learn new technologies, business processes and analytical approaches while collaborating with colleagues across a global environment.

Experience with some of the following areas is beneficial:

• SQL and data querying
• Data Warehousing and Data Modeling
• ETL / ELT and data integration concepts
• Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
• Power BI or similar analytical platforms
• AI-assisted tools and modern productivity technologies
• ERP, CRM or other enterprise business systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics into practical solutions.
• Curious about how businesses operate and how data can support decision-making.
• Interested in Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, reporting, business intelligence or data warehouse concepts is considered an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI, enterprise systems (ERP/CRM), AI tools or analytics platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated learner who enjoys exploring new technologies, business processes and ways of working.
• Takes initiative, asks questions and enjoys solving business problems using data and technology.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Proficiency in English.
