HoReCa Sales Representative (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of sales activities for the assigned region
• Building partnership relationships with sub-distributors and clients, ensuring successful and long-term cooperation, using “out of the box” sales strategies and techniques
• Servicing and supporting the development of the sub-distributors’ distribution network
• Visiting HoReCa outlets, identifying new clients, organizing meetings and promoting existing portfolio, new products and promotions
• Preparing sales offers, negotiating cooperation terms and closing contracts
• Regular communication, collaboration with, and monitoring of the sub-distributors’ activities
• Collecting and analyzing market and customer data
• Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels
• Reporting to the management team through the established reporting system
• Achieving sales, collection and new client targets (according to the agreed “KPI” model)
• Planning and implementing marketing activities
• Responsible for product placement, promotional materials and activities supporting sales marketing

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have a minimum of 3 years of previous work experience in the same or a similar position
• Your sales, negotiation, and customer care skills are at a high level
• You are able to handle challenges in the workplace
• You think openly and are oriented toward innovative solutions
• You work on your continuous self-improvement
• You are known for a high level of ethics and integrity
• You have a basic knowledge of English
• You are familiar with and work comfortably in Microsoft Office
• You hold a category B driving license
