HR Administration Specialist (m/f)

About the Role

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience? Join our HR team as an HR Administration Specialist and play an important role in supporting our people throughout their journey with the company.

In this role, you’ll help ensure HR processes run smoothly, employee data remains accurate, and colleagues receive the support they need. You’ll collaborate with employees, managers, payroll, and external partners while contributing to efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR services and gain experience working in a multinational company.

What You’ll Do

• Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage HR documentation, records, and employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Partner with payroll, employees, and external providers to deliver seamless HR services.
• Prepare HR reports and insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate leave administration, medical examinations, and employee mobility processes.
• Support recruitment administration and collaborate with external recruitment partners.
• Manage HR-related suppliers and purchase orders.
• Stay informed on labour legislation changes and help implement required updates.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and continuously improve the employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

Your Experience

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, including experience in HR Administration.
• Knowledge of labour legislation and HR administrative processes.

Your Skills

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar HR systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Collaborative, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
