As Jabil continues to grow in Osijek, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our employees and managers across a variety of HR activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job summary

The HR Business Partner supports day-to-day HR activities, working closely with managers and employees on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee development. The role helps ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and local legislation.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Assist with employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate employee benefits and training activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR data in HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to deliver effective HR support.

Job qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Good understanding of HR practices and local employment legislation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
