Who are we?

Hands on Server Support is a Croatian BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company partnering with the US-based company Touch Support. As an international team of 350+ people, we help businesses deliver exceptional support and operations – and we're still growing.

This is a fully remote position, and we'll provide all the equipment you need to work comfortably from home.

For that reason, we are accepting applications from anywhere in Croatia!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Implementing HR policies and procedures and actively participating in their design
• Assisting with daily operations of the HR department
• Answering employee questions and resolving issues related to HR policies and procedures
• Actively keeping track of sick leaves and vacation balance
• Carrying out the onboarding and offboarding process with employees
• Designing and implementing company initiatives (company events, organizational culture)
• Taking care of the office management tasks and duties
• Compiling and preparing data for statistical reporting
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

HR administration part:

• collection, processing, and preparation of data for salary calculation
• updating information related to the employee’s legal status
• administrative work keeping records in accordance with work processes
• responsibility for keeping the confidentiality of personal, family, and business status of all employees, in accordance with human resources procedures

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or any other HR-related field
• Excellent communication skills in the English language, both written and verbal
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive mindset and the drive to implement new ideas and to constantly improve the processes you work on
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, and make reasonable recommendations based on fact-finding

Jezik: Engleski (B2)
