As an IT Technician, you'll be providing technical support and superior customer service to end-users across the US via phone, email, and remote access.

No two days will be the same – you'll be challenged and engaged every step of the way! On any given day, you might be helping a small office with their Wi-Fi setup, and half an hour later, you might be troubleshooting an enterprise-grade network for a 9-story building. As you progress, you will occasionally also have the opportunity to participate in dynamic and exciting client-focused projects and onboardings!

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Communicate directly with end-users from all over the USA, using different channels (phone, email)
• Configure and manage end-user IT equipment, such as workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, and/or other devices
• Set up and configure end-user email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, installations, updates of software, etc.
• Troubleshoot various end-user issues with their local desktop, peripherals, and virtual workstations
• Troubleshoot various server-related issues
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex or client-wide issues
• Document processes, reported issues, and solutions

You'll be successful in this role if:

• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• You have essential knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office 365, and basic understanding of Computer Networks
• You’re able to work from 3 PM to 11 PM (main shift for our IT Support Team)
• You have excellent communication skills
• You’re a team player
• You pay attention to detail in your work
• You enjoy solving problems and you’re eager to develop your knowledge
• You’re quick to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic IT environment

Bonus points:

• You have work experience in IT support and/or customer support
