Junior Marketing Specialist (m/f)

Digital is changing everything about how consumer goods companies go to market. Our digital transformation is in full swing and there has never been a more exciting time in marketing and digital media than now. To accelerate our journey, we are looking for someone who has passion for media as well as a creative hand for our in-store execution. The role is encompassing Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina and is based in Zagreb.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and execute media strategy across our portfolio of brands connecting TV, social, influencer and PR activities
• Manage projects with external media, PR & creative agencies
• Develop creative solutions and publish content on our social media sites
• Moderate user-generated content and respond to consumers in timely manner
• Managing and monitoring in-store execution: creation of point-of-sale materials with external agencies ensuring on time and high-quality implementation of projects
• Marketing Budget management

Requirements and skills:

• Minimally 1 year experience in marketing, trade marketing or media
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Presentation and communication skills
• Proactivity and high sense of project ownership
• Drive for acquiring new skills and personal development
• Fluency in English
