Molding Technician / Tehničar za brizganje plastike (m/f)

Position Summary:

As a Molding Technician, you will help keep our molding process running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll inspect equipment, perform tool changes, solve technical issues, and support production quality. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor and inspect the molding process to maintain high efficiency and quality.
• Respond to equipment alarms and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform tool changes using Rapid Tool Change (RTC) techniques.
• Clean molds daily and complete shutdown/start-up activities.
• Record process data and keep logs up to date.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Train and support new team members.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of plastics and injection molding processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in molding or manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in English
• Ability to work in shifts
