The role:

You will be part of a B2B software support team that deals with customer inquiries from high-profile customers.

You move fast on delivery while maintaining your attention to detail and you tap into your well-developed problem-solving skills to support the delivery of the team's objectives.

You get excited by challenges and are driven to succeed – and know how to celebrate with your team when you do.

Your tasks:

• 1st level support and troubleshooting assistance
• Document customer interactions using the dedicated tools
• Ensure customers use our products correctly by investigating and resolving their queries
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, superiors, and customers
• Maintain predetermined quality standards throughout all communication
• Support customers during the software integration process
• Re-assess and ensure correct software usage for customers in production
• Incident management and internal escalation
• Proactive monitoring of the technical metrics using our product's UI

• Investigating and troubleshooting technical and operational issues as part of standard incident management
• Available for a morning/afternoon rota scheduled in advance, including weekends/public holidays, with potential future night shifts
• Bonus points if studying/studied Computer Science or related disciplines
