At people+, we are supporting our client, Victoria's Secret, in the search for an HR Coordinator to join their team in Zagreb, Croatia. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional to contribute to the employee experience while supporting the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of a globally recognized fashion and retail brand.

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to HR administration, payroll coordination, employee communication, and office management. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help ensure efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting through the offer stage
• Collect and prepare monthly attendance, payroll, bonus, and benefits data
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare regular HR reports
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support new employees throughout their first days
• Support HR initiatives, including performance review cycles, employee engagement, and employer branding activities
• Prepare internal communications and assist with HR projects
• Manage HR documentation and personnel files while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Support daily office administration and coordinate with finance, payroll, legal partners, and external vendors
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and administrative requirements

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
• Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and the employee lifecycle
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A hands-on, proactive approach and a high level of ownership
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and developing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good command of English and Croatian
• Good knowledge of MS Office
